Kavitha Girish is a seasoned Program and Project Management Leader with over 30 years of cross-functional experience, including 13+ years in Singapore handling transnational assignments. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), PMI Authorized PMP Instructor, Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), and SAFe® Practitioner, known for her strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in delivering complex programs across aviation, IT, and digital transformation domains.

As a General Manager – Program Management at Laminaar Aviation Infotech, Kavitha led multiple transformation programs, streamlined processes using the SAFe® framework, and enhanced delivery efficiency through governance, risk management, and Agile implementation. Her technical acumen spans tools like Azure DevOps, Power BI, MS Project, and JIRA, along with experience in AI/ML integration within Azure Cloud environments.

Over the years, she has successfully trained and mentored 100+ professionals and corporate teams, helping them gain globally recognized certifications such as PMP®, CAPM®, and Agile-Scrum.
