Kavitha, Founder of EdgeMente Academy, is a PMI-certified PMP® Trainer, Agile Coach, SAFe Practitioner, and Program Manager with 28+ years of industry experience.

She has successfully led and transitioned large-scale programs across diverse industries, including technology, aviation systems, and enterprise transformations.

Her real-world experience, combined with her passion for teaching, allows her to deliver training that is simple, practical, and deeply impactful.

Over the years, she has successfully trained and mentored 200+ professionals and corporate teams, helping them gain globally recognized certifications such as PMP®, CAPM®, and Agile-Scrum. Her training sessions are known for their real-world relevance, practical examples, and focus on confidence building — ensuring learners don’t just pass exams but transform into effective project leaders.

Driven by her passion for mentoring and empowering professionals, Kavitha founded EdgeMente Academy to create a platform that unites learning, leadership, and lifelong growth.
